3. Strict No-Sale Policy & Mobile Opt-In Protection (Zero Data Brokering)
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information, phone number, or email address to third-party lead aggregators, data brokers, or outside telemarketers.
No mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Your information remains strictly within our team and our direct transaction partners (such as your chosen lender or title company) only when you explicitly ask us to coordinate your transaction.

Service Providers & Security: We use trusted infrastructure providers (secure cloud hosting, CRM, and email/SMS delivery) that process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We retain inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet Florida real estate recordkeeping requirements, using encryption in transit (TLS) and restricted access controls.
Children's Privacy: This website is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18.
