Here is what happened in Putnam County, home to Palatka, San Mateo, Satsuma and Interlachen, and in St. Augustine.

Residential listings in realMLS (Flexmls), counted Oct. 23, 2026 at about 4:35 p.m. ET. Last 7 days = Oct. 16 to Oct. 23; last 30 days = Sept. 23 to Oct. 23. "St. Augustine" covers St. Johns County listings with a St. Augustine city name. "Pending/under contract" counts listings that went pending in the window, including those that have since closed. Bunnell (Flagler County): we have three listings there, but Flagler County wasn't part of this week's MLS count above, and NEFAR's report doesn't cover it either. For September 2026, Flagler County's median sale price was $365,000 per Realtor.com and $378,438 per the MLS figures reported by Go Toby (Oct. 14, 2026). The two sources measure differently.
